Professional Development Services

This service includes a 30-minute pre-consult to assess your needs, followed by a 3-6 hour professional development session on a selected topic for an entire building or a dedicated small group. We recommend that this be followed by a series of on-site coaching visits.

Professional Development

Fee:

Half Day - $2,500 US (up to 3 hours)

Full Day - $4,000 US (up to 6 hours)

This service includes classroom visits for 5-6 teachers, that follows the 3 part coaching model, Before, During, and After. Participants will receive Actionable Feedback™ that they can put into practice supporting their instruction.

Coaching

This service coordinates with relevant parties to provide guidance in student assessment, recommending placements, schedules, and materials. It ensures academic access and determines the appropriate level of support for multilingual students.

Curriculum, Assessment, and Program Design

Optional Services (pick & choose):

  • Developing curriculum that ensures students can access grade-level standards, regardless of their English proficiency.

  • Designing assessments to evaluate how multilingual students meet standards, irrespective of their English proficiency.

  • Creating a district-wide ESL Program Handbook that serves as a dynamic, adaptable document tailored to your needs.

In compliance with federal law, schools are required to actively involve multilingual parents in their children's education.

This one-hour quarterly service provides parents and guardians with:

  • Information and data

  • School tools and resources

  • Guidance on cultural school norms

  • An overview of rights and responsibilities

Sessions take one hour and are available in English or Spanish. Sessions can take place during the school day (for parents that work at night) and/or the evening.

Parental Engagement

Fee:

Price per quarterly 1-hour session: $1,000. Can provide up to 4 sessions per day.
